Back in School

September 27, 2007 · 2 Comments

It’s weird being back in college after three years. I decided that I wanted to be employable no matter where I lived, so I chose Business Finance as my major. Banks and Investment firms will love me. Since this is a new major for me I’m taking the pre-major courses which translates to “Freshmen Courses”. I’m six years older then the freshmen. More then half of them bring laptops to class, they are constantly looking at myspace and facebook on the schools spectacular wireless. The kids without computers are texting on their brightly colored cell phones that also double as MP3 players. I feel like the old man with my notebook, wood pencil and my textbook on the desk. I’m on time and ready to learn, this is weird for me.

I don’t qualify for any government aid of any sort, I still make to much, but I make less then my rent. It’s more important now then ever that you buy my game now that I’m a student. I’m working on making it easier to buy. Some of you have been complaining about my pay-pal donate button, your right, I wouldn’t want to buy anything that way.

Maintaining this blog has become ever more difficult and tracking traffic has proven to be impossible. I have started a mirror version over at blogger, in the hopes relocating to their service. http://stevemata.blogspot.com/
